Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent me from offering that time to another client, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made the same day as your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service. These fees are based on the service that was reserved and must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. I truly understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. My goal is simply to protect the time that has been reserved specifically for you while allowing me the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
